Holistic Hug is helping participants achieve their goals while focusing on assisting them in creating and maintaining a healthier and happier lifestyle making a positive change in their lives.We conduct health assessment, talk with health professionals focusing on the client's goals and needs and relaying information to the client and family for a greater understanding of their medical needs.
We provide safe medication management policy and procedures put in place, psychosocial support, assist-travel/transport and attendance to multidisciplinary appointments, assistance in participating or integrating into the community.
Our team is registered and highly qualified to give assistance. We use private vehicles with personal insurance and operate under own ABN.
